Why we exist

Users forget brand campaigns. They remember what happens when things go wrong. A cancelled flight with no solution. A promised rebate that never arrives. A claim stuck in a queue for weeks. These moments define how customers perceive a brand - and most companies are not equipped to handle them.
PROMO.DEV was founded in 2020 to solve this problem. No external funding, no investors, no board pressure. Just a team focused on building a platform that helps large enterprises deliver on their promises - automatically, at scale, in real time.
Today, over 100 corporate clients across Europe trust us to process their claims, manage their promotional campaigns, and take care of their customers. From Samsung to SNCF, from Transavia to Husqvarna - we handle the moments that matter.
How we work
A serious team that doesn't take itself too seriously.
We are 30 people, 100% remote, based in France, operating across Europe. No office, no commute, no dress code. We trust our people to organize their time, choose their hours, and deliver great work - wherever they are.
Our hierarchy is flat by design. Everyone talks to everyone. Decisions happen fast because the people who build the product are the people who talk to the clients. When a strategic call needs to be made, it gets made - but day to day, autonomy and ownership come first.
