These Terms of Use (hereafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the website accessible at promo.dev (hereafter the "Website"), published by PROMODEV, a French SAS with a share capital of €321,000, whose registered office is at 276 avenue du Douard, ZI les Paluds, 13400 Aubagne Cedex, France, registered under SIRET number 89055988300016. The purpose of the Website is to present PROMODEV's activities, its services, its case studies and to allow visitors to contact us. The Website is not a service platform: use of the PROMO.DEV SaaS product is governed by a separate service agreement signed with each client.

Accessing and browsing the Website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. The Terms in force are those published on the Website on the date of access. PROMODEV reserves the right to modify them at any time in accordance with section 11 below. If you do not accept these Terms, you must stop using the Website immediately.

The Website is accessible free of charge, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, subject to any interruption, whether scheduled or not, for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond PROMODEV's control (technical incident, network unavailability, force majeure). PROMODEV makes no commitment as to the availability, continuity or performance of the Website, and cannot be held liable for any inability to access it. Access to the Website requires suitable equipment (recent internet browser, functioning internet connection). The associated costs are the sole responsibility of the user.

The Website is intended for professional visitors interested in PROMODEV's activities and services.
