Eligibility verified
The eligibility engine checks the extracted data against campaign rules: qualifying products, purchase period, retailer whitelist, one claim per household. Configurable per campaign, per country.
Fraud detected
AI-powered anti-fraud scoring analyzes document authenticity, duplicate submissions, and suspicious patterns. Fraudulent claims are flagged before any payout is triggered.
Payout delivered
Validated claims are paid out automatically - bank transfer, gift card, or loyalty points. The consumer receives confirmation. Samsung gets a real-time dashboard with campaign performance and cost tracking.
